Will Brown is an experimental young head chef at his family business The Old Schoolhouse Inn.
At 17 years old, Will Brown started his cooking career in London with Marco Pierre White at the Mirabelle in Mayfair. He returned to Belfast where he trained at Roscoff under Paul Rankin before moving to London where during a three year stint he worked at two Michelin-starred The Square in Mayfair, Gordon Ramsay’s Maze and The Glasshouse for Bruce Poole.
The Restaurant at The Old Schoolhouse Inn is listed in the Top 100 Restaurants in Ireland by Bridgestone and Will Brown has been voted in the Top 10 Chefs in Ireland and One to Watch 2013 by Bridgestone.
