What types of events do you cater to?
Weddings, private dining at home, private events, business events, corporate grand openings, canapé receptions, birthday parties, hen parties, and fashion events. Also overseas private cooking.
How far in advance should I book a private chef experience?
We are available at short notice, should current bookings allow, or you can book a year in advance. We will always work with you to ensure your occasion is perfection, regardless of the notice.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies?
We accommodate all dietary requirements, just talk to us and we will create a menu around your requirements.
Do you provide waitstaff or bartending services?
We provide a full bar and cocktail menu. Indulge Dining can provide a full bar at events working alongside some of Ireland’s leading mixologists and sommeliers
What is the maximum number of guests you can cater to?
We don’t have a maximum number of guests, we can cater for any number of guests.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Northern Ireland and the mainland UK. We are also available to travel across the world for events and private bookings.
How can I book your services?
You can fill in our contact form where we will ask you for some basic information about your upcoming event/occasion and from there you will receive a personal call back from our award-winning head chef & director Will Brown.
Can I customise the menu for my event?
Indulge Dining is completely bespoke. We create menus that are unique to your preferences and taste.
What is your cancellation policy?
We provide a full refund 1 week in advance and a 50 percent refund 3 days in advance. When booking, we take a 50 percent deposit, with the other 50 percent deposit to be paid 1 week before the event

The intimate private dining experience with Chef Will Brown and his team exceeded expectations.
The personalised menu was fantastic value for money catering for all dietary restrictions and allergies. The team provided an exceptional service and culinary experience for everyone in attendance. We opted for Will’s team to use our cutlery, china and linen which his team set out impeccably. The front of house team were attentive and all courses were served in good time. The presentation of the food was simply stunning with attention to detail on every plate.
The entire evening was an unforgettable experience and we shall be using Indulge again in the future and will recommend to anyone looking for a private dining event. Fine dining at it’s best.
